Description

The Cottage Surgery practice was established in Bailieborough by Dr Paddy Halligan following the retirement of Dr Philip Carroll in 1986. We initially opened in Thomas Street, moved to Barrack Street in the early 90s, and currently work out of New Road, opposite the rear entrance to Supervalu. We also have a branch surgery in Mullagh on the Cavan-Meath border.

We are a traditional family practice and provide a broad range of services to all our patients. In 2007, we became a training practice, and we are currently hosting a trainee from the North East Regional Training Scheme. We are also affiliated with UCD as one of its core training practices for undergraduate medical students. We pride ourselves as being a friendly and caring practice open to all patients irrespective of religion, colour, race or social class.

. There are parking opportunities around the facility. The Cottage Surgery is accessible to disabled people. The property has a wheelchair accessible toilet. You can access us without steps. There is a patients bathroom.
