Kate is an experienced massage therapist offering a range of massages and techniques that can be used in your treatment. Kate Works with all her clients designing an individual plan to reach the clients goals and needs.

Nutritionally, Kate can work with you to lose body using the bio signature techniques  or to work towards your sporting potential or over come any health issues.
