A comprehensive range of NHS and non NHS general medical services are provided at these two surgeries located at Chepstow and Sedbury in Monmouthshire, Wales. Telephone consultations are offered and home visits are arranged for bed bound and home bound patients. Repeat prescriptions are provided under the supervision of doctors and when requested by patients in writing or email. Services include general health examinations for men, women and child patients, immunizations and travel vaccinations, family planning assistance and antenatal care, treatments for common ailments like coughs, sore throats and fever and non NHS health examinations and certifications.
